Welcome to Dream Factory—Jacksonville’s premier multimedia studio and creative campus. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all creators, collaborators, and clients, we’ve outlined our booking and payment policies below.
1. 📅 Booking Requirements• Online Booking Only: All sessions must be booked through our official booking portal. Walk-ins are not accepted.• Advance Notice: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day sessions, contact our team directly for availability.• Session Minimums:• Executive suite: 2-hour minimum• Presidential and Duval suites: 2-hour minimum• Event Space: 4-hour minimum
2. 💳 Payment Terms• Full Payment Required to Book: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online platform.• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH transfers. Cash is not accepted unless pre-approved for recurring clients.• Processing Fees: A 2% processing fee applies to all card transactions. ACH payments are fee-free.
3. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.• Cancellations:• More than 24 hours before session: Full refund minus processing fees.• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund.• No-shows: No refund.
4. 🧾 Membership & Partner Exceptions• Dream Factory Members: Enjoy discounted rates, priority booking, and flexible rescheduling. Memberships auto-renew monthly.• Creative Partners & VIPs: Custom terms may apply. Please refer to your executive agreement or contact your liaison.
5. 📸 Session Conduct & Overtime• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for setup. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.• Overtime: Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the hourly rate.• Cleanup: Leave the space as you found it. Excessive mess may incur a $50 cleaning fee.
Dream Factory Membership Terms
Welcome to the inner circle. Dream Factory Membership unlocks exclusive access, premium perks, and a creative community built to elevate your vision.
1. Membership Tiers & Benefits
• Additional hours billed at discounted member rates.
• Unused hours roll over for 30 days.
• Memberships auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice.
2. Booking & Usage
• Members must book sessions through the member portal.
• Hours can be used for studio time, consultations, or workshops.
• Bookings are subject to availability; early booking is encouraged.
3. Pausing & Cancellation
• You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year.
• To cancel, submit a written request at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• No refunds for unused time after billing.

🛑 Dream Factory Cancellation Waiver
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
1. Standard Policy:• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will receive a 50% refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling:• You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Additional reschedules may incur a $25 administrative fee.
3. Force Majeure:• In the event of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or illness), Dream Factory reserves the right to reschedule or refund at its discretion.
4. Agreement:• By booking a session, you agree to these terms and waive any claims against Dream Factory for cancellations made in accordance with this policy.
